Jaguar Announces All-New Sports Car: The Jaguar F-Type

At New York International Auto Show, Jaguar officially announced its all-new sportscar will be entering production; the Jaguar F-TYPE. It is a true 2-seater sportscar, which will be introduced as a cabriolet and will become the 4th model in the company’s lineup of seductive and groundbreaking cars along with the XJ luxury sedan, the XK coupe and convertible and the XF sports sedan. Benefiting from the company’s leading expertise in aluminum vehicle construction, the F-TYPE will be focusing uncompromisingly on providing a rewarding drive experience. 2012 Jaguar XKR-S first drive

Here, I was in Portugal and there is this beautiful landscape ahead of me. What first appeared to be some specks on the windscreen of my car eventually turned out to be some cyclists making their way up the mountain pass. I am sure that they must have heard me first, long before they must have actually seen the 2012 Jaguar XKR-S that I was driving. Some of these guys are thin as pencil leads but they seem to rather pedal off their way quite merrily. Not me though. I would rather be confined in the airconditioned interiors of the Jag. It seems that it is time to oblige these riders since they are waving their hands and also some of them have already got the thumbs up symbol.
